Option 1) Weekly Classes
To simply start attending classes is a lovely and effective way to begin your Yoga journey. If you are pregnant, movement impaired or not currently active – please contact Claire on 0448 108 836 or via email to discuss appropriate options.
Otherwise – view the timetable & class descriptions, select a class that suits your schedule – and rock along! We encourage you to then discuss any concerns with the teacher – they will be able to direct you to other classes that may be appropriate for your physical condition and Yoga desires.
Every person is unique – you have to find the class/es that serve you…. but you’ll never know unless you (quite simply) give it a go!
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to start time to complete a participant form and discuss any health concerns with the teacher.
Option 2) Beginner Packages
Sometimes we need (or would like) a little more personal attention to get started. This is particularly the case if you have underlying health issues or have been sedentary for a period of time (for whatever reason). We have 2 packages available that ensure a smooth introduction to your Yoga journey.
Package 1 : 1 Private Class & 3-Class-Pass $110
Package 2 : 3 Private Classes & 3 Class Pass $240
